Shipping

A clear overview of our shipments to help you choose the most suitable one for you. 

We ship daily, excluding weekends and holidays, within 24/72 hours after receipt of order payment. We ship throughout Italy and Europe, using the best international couriers.

We care about the efficiency of every process involving our products, including shipping. We have taken great care in the selection of couriers, to find those that best meet our customers' needs for speed and security. SDA, BRT and GLS offer a fast and reliable service, which allows you to track the location of your parcel online, from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the customer's address.

For all orders placed in Italy, shipping is free for orders over €30.00. For Europe, shipping is free for orders over €70.00. Below this amount, shipping costs are €18.00. For non-EU shipments the shipping costs are €50.00.

Delivery times

In Italy, the delivery time is from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. A tracking number will be assigned to each shipment so that the package can be traced at every stage.

In the event that the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address, directions will be given to contact the forwarding agency directly in order to arrange a new delivery date.

Before signing the courier's receipt, upon receipt of the parcel, we recommend that you check its integrity; if it appears damaged in any way, please write next to your signature: "damaged parcel", or: "subject to inspection". If the products inside also appear damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at: customercare@naturveg.com and we will solve the problem immediately.

In the meantime, do not throw away defective or damaged parcels and try to take a photo of the anomaly found: this is important for opening a possible complaint file with the courier company. We cannot accept complaints if nothing has been highlighted on the delivery note.
